You can request repairs quickly and easily through My MTD Home.
If you’d rather speak to someone, you can call us on 01883 770250 between 9am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. For urgent repairs outside of these hours, your call will be automatically redirected to our out-of-hours emergency team.
While we’ll always do our best to assist, some repairs are the responsibility of residents. You can see the full list of tenant repair responsibilities here.
